The gut-health tracker that feels like a pet.

Tracking your gut is easy to skip and a little awkward. Poochi turns it into a 20-second ritual: tap the Bristol picture, colour and how you feel — then watch a cute pet grow. See your 7-day patterns, get gentle red-flag guidance when something looks off, and keep every bit of it private on your own phone.

Android is ready to try right now — download the APK below. On iPhone? It's not on the App Store yet, so drop your email and we'll send you a TestFlight invite.

Features

Everything a gentle gut habit needs

Fast to log, kind in tone, and honest about when to see a doctor.

20-second log

Two quick steps: pick the Bristol picture and colour, then tap how you feel. Every field has a sensible default and is skippable.

Your 7-day picture

Frequency, comfortable logs, and your Bristol-type spread — with kind, plain-language read-outs, not a diagnosis.

Doctor-ready report

Turn your logs into a clean summary you can share with a clinician — so a check-up starts from facts, not guesswork.

Red-flag guidance

Blood, black or pale stool, or severe pain? Poochi pauses the game and calmly suggests seeing a health professional.

Grow your Poochi

Earn XP for observing — the good days and the off days both count. Your pet levels up through four adorable stages.

Private by default

No cloud, no account, nothing uploaded. Data lives on your phone behind a PIN. Export your raw data or delete everything anytime.

How it works

Observe, log, learn — kindly

Step 01

Log it in two taps

Right after a bathroom trip, open Poochi and tap the Bristol picture that matches, the colour, and how you felt. Add water, veggies or a note if you like — or don't. The whole thing takes about 20 seconds.

  • Bristol type 1–7 as friendly pictures
  • Colour, volume, pain and symptoms
  • Back-date a trip you forgot to log

Step 02

See your own pattern

Your Diary keeps every entry, and the 7-day view shows how often you go, how many logs felt comfortable, and which Bristol types show up most — written in plain, non-judgemental language.

  • Personal baseline, not a universal target
  • Tap any day to review or edit
  • Pro preview unlocks 30/90/365-day trends

Step 03

Safety comes before the game

Poochi is a companion, not a diagnosis. If a log shows blood, black or pale stool, or severe pain, it stops the rewards and shows clear guidance to talk to a health professional. Your data stays yours — export it or delete it anytime.

  • Clinical red-flag prompts, calmly worded
  • Never a medical-device output
  • Raw-data export & one-tap account deletion

🌿

Sensitive stomachs

IBS, food triggers, travel tummy — keep a light record so the pattern, not your memory, does the work.

Before a check-up

Walk into the appointment with a clean history instead of trying to remember the last two weeks.

Parents & carers

A gentle, private way to keep an eye on gut health for yourself or someone you look after.

FAQ

Good questions

Is Poochi free? +
Right now it's in beta — free to test once you join. At launch the core logging, 7-day insights and red-flag guidance stay free; some longer-range trends and extras may be part of a Pro upgrade. No ads, and your health data is never behind a paywall.
Is my data private? +
Yes. Poochi stores everything locally on your device — there's no cloud account and nothing is uploaded. Your PIN is hashed with SHA-256 and a random salt, and you can export your raw data or delete your account anytime.
Does Poochi diagnose illness? +
No — Poochi summarises trends from what you log and is not a medical device. When it sees red flags such as blood, black or pale stool, or severe pain, it shows guidance to consult a health professional instead of continuing the game.
Why a pet? +
Gut health is easy to ignore and a little awkward to track. A cute pet that grows as you log makes the daily habit feel light and non-judgemental, so you actually keep observing your body.
Which devices are supported? +
Poochi runs on both iOS and Android phones and tablets, in Thai and English.
